I landed a 40lb 7oz salmon a week back and submitted it to 100 largest fish a couple of days ago and it hasn't appeared. Is this because they do not show salmon?

No, it's because I've been slow to update the trophy fish records. Sorry! So far, you seem to be the only one with a Salmon on the trophy page. I think this is because the most people have a brown or rainbow trout as their largest catch.
